XCMG Excavator presented the PCR300 demolition robot at bauma China 2024, part of its exhibition of 17 excavator models and core component technologies. The PCR300, weighing two tons, is designed to deliver demolition capabilities comparable to a six-ton excavator, offering a solution for tasks requiring compact machinery with high performance.
The company also showcased a range of specialized equipment tailored for specific applications. These included the XE125F excavator for logging and chipping and the XE800WDM diesel-electric hybrid excavator, which allows operators to select between diesel and electric power modes depending on operational conditions. In addition, XCMG highlighted its electric excavators, including the XE19EV and XE27EV models, which are intended to meet European market standards for emissions and performance.
XCMG’s exhibition extended to core components, such as the 400-ton excavator track, engineered with heat-treated alloy steel for enhanced durability and load capacity. The company’s participation in the event reflected its focus on technological development and market-specific solutions in construction machinery.
