Reliable Robotics, vendor of automated aircraft systems, announced the appointments of David DeRose as Director of Finance and Lee Tomlinson as Director of Operations to the company’s fully owned Part 135 airline subsidiary in preparation for commercial cargo flights. DeRose and Tomlinson join Jeff Drees, Director of Cargo Strategy, to begin cargo services this year.

Osaro, vendor of robotics automation, and Innotech, provider of products for electronics and consumer industries, have announced a collaboration to create an innovative demonstration for Rohto Pharmaceutical Co. using AI piece-picking robots. The two companies are jointly providing picking robots and jointly building a system for their introduction into a new factory production line, scheduled for completion in 2022.

Eurofighters deployed by the Spanish airforce will receive avionics by Indra with the ability to self-diagnose the status of nearly twenty critical combat aircraft systems. Indra has been awarded the MP C16 R&D project, the use of a system based on AI for predictive maintenance of avionics in C.16 Eurofighter. The contract is worth more than half a million euros.

HAI Robotics and Voyatzoglou System to offer smart warehousing solutions in Europe
HAI robotics, provider of Autonomous Case-handling Robotic (ACR) systems for warehouse logistics, announced that it has entered a strategic partnership with Greece’s Voyatzoglou Systems, to offer smart warehousing solutions to the supply chain in Greece and the Balkan area. The alliance marked the third the company has ever concluded in Europe as it keeps securing more footholds in the global intralogistics market.
