Realbotix and Tix4will conduct a pilot project to introduce a robot customer service agent at the Tix4 kiosk inside Fashion Show Las Vegas. The initiative will test the use of humanoid robotics in live ticket sales for entertainment events on the Las Vegas Strip. The robot, developed by Realbotix, will provide in-person assistance to customers purchasing tickets for shows, tours, restaurants, and attractions.
Equipped with conversational AI, the unit is designed to answer questions, recommend entertainment options, and guide users through the ticket-buying process. The deployment marks the first instance of a robotic agent handling ticket sales at a major Las Vegas retail location. Tix4 has sold over 15 million tickets across its outlets and is using the pilot to explore automation in high-traffic tourism areas. The robotic ticket agent is scheduled to begin interacting with customers in summer 2025.
