Picnic Works, a Seattle-based company specializing in food production automation, has announced a strategic collaboration with Roboworx, a subsidiary of Administrative Resource Options (ARO). This partnership is set to facilitate the nationwide deployment of Picnic’s autonomous Picnic Pizza Stations, aimed at improving the efficiency and consistency of pizza production in various restaurant locations.
Founded in 2016, Picnic has been pioneering the integration of technology within the food service industry. The Picnic Pizza Station, designed to integrate into commercial kitchens, is capable of assembling over 130 pizzas per hour with high precision. This innovation has received several accolades, including recognition as a Kitchen Innovation Winner by the National Restaurant Association, Best in Show at CES, and a listing in the FoodTech 500.
