Han Robots targets Southeast Asia market

by Pieter Werner

Shenzhen Han’s Robot is set to introduce a new line of collaborative robots tailored for the Southeast Asian market during the upcoming Industrial Transformation ASIA-PACIFIC (ITAP) 2024, which will take place from October 14 to 16 at Singapore EXPO. As part of its strategic expansion into the region, Han’s Robot is focusing on meeting the growing demand for automation and smart manufacturing solutions in Asia’s rapidly evolving industrial sector.

At ITAP 2024, Han’s Robot will showcase several robotic solutions designed to address the specific challenges of the Southeast Asian market. One of the robots making its debut is the Automated Welding Cobot. This collaborative robot, equipped with advanced motion control algorithms, is designed for high-temperature welding environments. Its precision and stability make it a powerful tool for companies looking to automate their welding processes, a critical need in industries where labor shortages and the demand for consistent quality are becoming pressing concerns.

Another innovation Han’s Robot will introduce is the CNC Loading and Unloading Cobot. This cobot is designed to automate the operation of CNC machines, boosting operational speed by over 30%. This addresses the demand for faster and more efficient manufacturing processes.

Han’s Robot will also present the STAR Mobile Manipulator, a robot that combines a robotic arm, drive system, vision system, and gripper. This mobile solution is engineered to perform a variety of tasks, including material handling, assembly, transportation, and inspection. Its scalability and cost-efficiency make it particularly well-suited for the smart manufacturing applications emerging in Asia’s industrial landscape.
