Warehouse robotics company Geekplus will unveil three new automation solutions at LogiMAT 2025, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and space utilization in logistics and supply chain management. The new technologies include an updated shelf-to-person system, a high-performance tote-to-person solution, and an advanced pallet-to-person system designed for cross-floor operations.
PopPick v2, the latest version of Geekplus’ shelf-to-person solution, is designed to improve efficiency by 67% compared to conventional picking methods while reducing warehouse space requirements by 50%. The system features dynamic slotting for optimized inventory management and ergonomic PopPick Lite workstations.
RoboShuttle v4 is a tote-to-person system that integrates RS and RS Air robots, offering five times the storage capacity of previous models. It is designed to manage high-volume order fulfillment, particularly during peak demand periods, while incorporating upgraded safety features and compatibility with existing warehouse systems.
SkyCube v2 is a pallet-to-person solution designed for cross-floor warehouse operations. It provides up to 35% higher storage density than traditional automated systems and increases efficiency by up to eight times compared to floor storage. The system integrates with Geekplus’ software platform for unified scheduling and aims to reduce material costs associated with storage infrastructure.
“By offering one-stop robotics solutions with boundless innovation opportunities, we are empowering businesses to achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence,” said Yong Zheng, Founder and CEO of Geekplus.
