Dexory, a UK-based robotics and AI company, has announced the opening of its North American headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee. This move follows the company’s entry into the US market earlier in 2024, where it has since deployed its solutions across six states. The new office will serve as a hub for Dexory’s operations across North America, providing a base for its sales and support teams as well as a customer innovation center.
Dexory’s Nashville location is intended to facilitate the rapid deployment of its robotics solutions, while also benefiting from local technical talent and transportation infrastructure.
In addition to expanding its US presence, Dexory has appointed Kristen Shannon as Chief Operating Officer. Shannon, who has previously held leadership roles at companies such as Monzo, Cisco Meraki, and Sonantic, brings significant experience in scaling businesses and building strategic processes. Her responsibilities at Dexory will include overseeing the company’s global scaling efforts, with a focus on the US market. Originally from Boston, Shannon will work from Dexory’s UK headquarters.
Shannon’s appointment comes as Dexory continues to grow, with recent deployments in France, the Netherlands, Germany, the Middle East, and the UK. The company, which provides logistics robotics and data intelligence solutions, aims to help businesses improve efficiencies by unlocking data insights from warehousing operations.
According to Andrei Danescu, CEO and Co-Founder of Dexory, the company’s expansion into the US market is a significant step in its growth strategy. Danescu expressed excitement about the new Nashville office and Shannon’s role in driving operational efficiencies and advancing Dexory’s vision for supply chain innovation. Shannon echoed these sentiments, highlighting Dexory’s potential to become a leader in warehouse automation through its autonomous tools and data-driven solutions.
