Computer vision and AI in automation are fast becoming indispensable elements in robotics and automation, driven by the need for increased efficiency amid labor shortages and geopolitical factors. The robotics ecosystem utilizing these technologies is expanding rapidly, with partners working together to deliver scalable, market-ready solutions.
Last week, Fizyr hosted the Automation and Robotics Conference 2024 in Delft, where attendees experienced the solutions developed by Fizyr and its partners. These included a parcel induction system, trailer unloading, e-commerce picking, pallet sortation, and food-related robotics. The demonstrations aimed to provide insight into the collaborations that Fizyr has fostered with its partners, showcasing innovations in robotics and automation.
In this video, media partner Rocking Robots interviews Ken Fleming, CEO of Fizyr; Torbjørn Sørby of Zivid; Mats Jonsson of Cognibotics; Jonathan Berte of Robovision.ai; Daniël Bottema of AWL; Koen Buiten of Pallet Sorting Systems; and Lee Moulder and Sean Irwin of Yaskawa.
