Accenture launches NVIDIA Business Group with 30,000 professionals

by Marco van der Hoeven

Accenture and NVIDIA have expanded their partnership to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) across enterprises globally. This collaboration includes the launch of a new Accenture NVIDIA Business Group, which will provide businesses with tools to scale AI initiatives. The initiative involves the training of 30,000 professionals globally to support clients in implementing AI agents and AI-driven processes.

At the core of the partnership is Accenture’s AI Refinery platform, which integrates NVIDIA’s AI technology stack, including AI Foundry, AI Enterprise, and Omniverse. This platform is designed to help companies rapidly deploy and scale agentic AI systems. Unlike traditional AI, agentic AI systems can independently create workflows and perform actions based on user intent, enabling businesses to reinvent processes.

Accenture’s AI Refinery platform will be available across both public and private cloud platforms and aims to enhance areas such as AI-powered simulation and sovereign AI solutions. The companies are also collaborating with organizations like Indosat Group in Indonesia, developing AI systems that comply with local regulations, with an initial focus on the financial services sector.

Additionally, Accenture is establishing a network of AI Refinery Engineering Hubs in locations including Singapore, Tokyo, Malaga, and London. These hubs will focus on developing foundation models and overcoming challenges related to cost, accuracy, and compliance as AI operations scale. Accenture plans to utilize these advancements internally, with applications such as faster manufacturing designs at its subsidiary Eclipse Automation, where AI-driven solutions have already reduced cycle times by 30%.

This partnership reflects the growing demand for generative AI, which drove $3 billion in Accenture’s bookings in the past fiscal year, and the companies aim to drive innovation in AI applications across industries.
