Vention has introduced a new line of Click & Customize robotic work cells, expanding its automation solutions with machine tending and welding systems. These pre-engineered solutions are designed to help manufacturers address labor shortages while improving productivity and efficiency.
The Click & Customize Machine Tending system allows manufacturers to automate CNC machine tending in under two weeks. It offers configurable options, including different base models and robotic arms from ABB, FANUC, and Universal Robots. The system aims to provide a cost-effective alternative to traditional turnkey automation by balancing affordability, speed, and customization.
The Click & Customize Robotic Welding system, launched in January, enables manufacturers to build modular welding cells tailored to their needs. The system integrates Vention’s equipment with industry-leading hardware and software to enhance weld quality and increase efficiency. According to the American Welding Society, more than 320,000 new welding professionals will be needed by 2029, underscoring the demand for automated welding solutions.
Vention’s new work cells will be featured at Automate 2025 in May in Detroit and Fabtech 2025 in September in Chicago.
