SwitchBot unveiled robotics and smart home technology at CES. The lineup included the SwitchBot Multitasking Household Robot K20+ Pro and the SwitchBot Floor Cleaning Robot S20 Pro.
The SwitchBot Floor Cleaning Robot S20 Pro builds on the success of its predecessor, the S10, offering enhanced features such as a dual-extension design for comprehensive cleaning coverage. It includes an extendable side brush for tight corners and an extendable roller mop for precise edge cleaning. The robot is equipped with a dual anti-tangle system, featuring a single-sided roller brush and a two-stripe side brush to prevent hair tangling.
The mop self-cleaning system, RinseSync™, ensures consistent cleaning with a fresh roller mop. The S20 Pro boasts powerful suction at 15,000 Pa and an all-in-one base station available in configurations for water refill and drainage, including backward compatibility with earlier SwitchBot systems. It is also Matter-certified, ensuring seamless integration with other smart devices.
The SwitchBot Lock Ultra is designed as a versatile, retrofit-friendly smart lock suitable for various lock types, including those typically used by renters. It introduces the FastUnlock™ System, enabling swift access via 16 unlocking methods, such as fingerprint scanning and app control. Enhanced security features include AES-128 encryption and tamper alerts. The lock integrates with the SwitchBot ecosystem and supports Matter with compatible hubs, broadening its compatibility with platforms like Apple HomeKit.
