Ken Fleming, CEO of Fizyr, has been named as one of the recipients of this year’s Pros to Know award by Supply & Demand Chain Executive. This recognition is given to executives who have demonstrated outstanding achievement in leveraging supply chain for competitive advantage, and Fleming has been acknowledged in the Lifetime Achievement category. The award announcement comes shortly before MODEX Atlanta.
Fleming assumed the role of CEO at Fizyr with the goal of expanding the company’s presence in North America and Europe. His leadership focuses on using advanced vision AI for robotic systems, addressing challenges in labor availability, reliability, and performance in logistics. Fizyr’s approach utilizes supervised machine learning, aiming to improve automation in warehouses and for third-party logistics in sectors such as eCommerce, retail, and logistics. Under Fleming’s guidance, the company is making strides in robotic automation in logistics, especially in environments with high variability.
Fleming expressed his gratitude for the award and emphasized the collaborative efforts of his colleagues at Fizyr and his past roles at Logistyx and Eyefreight. With over 25 years of experience in management roles across software and technology services, Fleming has a diverse background, having managed operations in various countries including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and the Netherlands. His global perspective is combined with an understanding of the personal challenges faced by partners and clients in the industry. Fleming’s prior recognitions include being honored as CEO of Eyefreight and President of Logistyx, both companies focusing on last-mile delivery solutions.
