Tompkins Robotics, specializing in robotic sortation solutions, announced the introduction of PickPallet, an autonomous pallet jack solution designed for use in warehouses and distribution centers. This product is the latest addition to the company’s PickPal product line and is aimed at enhancing case-to-pallet pick assistance and pallet movement within warehouse environments.
PickPallet is designed to be rapidly implemented in existing operations, offering features such as intelligent order optimization, intuitive space management, and a focus on increasing warehouse safety. The technology behind PickPallet includes advanced navigation capabilities, enabling it to move pallets with precision and avoid obstacles, thereby reducing the likelihood of collisions. The product will be showcased at MODEX 2024 in Atlanta from March 11th to 14th, where attendees can view PickPallet and the PickPal pick assist Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR).
